Processing Time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

International Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United States.
International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Delivery Issues If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at inexgoalkeeping@gmail.com and we'll investigate immediately. We're not responsible for delays caused by courier services, but we'll do our best to help resolve any issues.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately after placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package has been marked as delivered by the courier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. We recommend using a secure delivery location or arranging for someone to receive the package.
