RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Returns Window We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that meet our return conditions.
Gloves with the protective plastic film damaged or removed are not eligible for return.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Protective plastic still on latex
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Important Notice for Goalkeeper Gloves Due to the specialized nature of goalkeeper gloves and their materials, gloves cannot be returned if they have been used. This includes any gloves that show signs of wear, contact with playing surfaces, or exposure to moisture. We recommend trying gloves on indoors only to ensure the correct fit before use.

- Gift cards
- Gloves with the protective plastic film damaged or removed
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if your item qualifies.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Exchanges If you need a different size or model, please return the unused item and place a new order to ensure you receive your preferred gloves as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive damaged or defective gloves, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund for manufacturing defects.
